Abstract
It's not your fault you're constantly pressed for time. End your days of being buried in tasks! How to finish a month's worth of work in one day?
The ultimate concentration method from a business coach who has changed the lives of 20,000 people in Japan and the US!
"No matter how much I do, the work never ends, and I'm always working overtime and never feel rested."
"I'm busy, but I don't feel a sense of accomplishment, and I don't feel like I'm living my own life."
"I want to spend more time with my family, but all I can think about is work."
This isn't due to your willpower or ability. The rise of AI, the spread of social media and short videos, the "instant response" culture... modern society is structured in a way that makes you constantly pressed for time.
How can you finish your overwhelming workload quickly and use your time for "what's truly important"? The key lies in "concentration"!
Concentration is a skill that allows you to produce results in a short amount of time and reclaim your time in life. In this book, in addition to "15 mechanisms" to improve concentration without relying on effort or willpower, we introduce many "effortless methods" such as pre-work setup, how to schedule your day, mindset, breathing techniques, and how to rest.
The author, who achieved success in the demanding environment of a Vice President at a US financial institution, now works as an executive coach. Drawing on her own experience of struggling with time management, she has studied, researched, and practiced methods for improving concentration based on the latest scientific findings at Harvard University and other institutions. This book teaches you how to quickly finish the tasks at hand and use your time for what truly matters. It's a book that teaches you how to take control of your own life and decide how to use your time.
