Abstract

Sakae Yamada gives advice on how to make and enjoy delicious tea. The book introduces 92 kinds of tea leaves focusing on Darjeeling tea, while also covering information and history of farms. In addition to Darjeeling tea, teas from around the world, herb teas, and flavored teas are also introduced.

After the establishment of the company in 1988, she visited tea plantations in India and Nepal to hold discussions and tastings with local staff, and became a known figure in Darjeeling, India. Sakae selects and handles the finest tea through her connection with the region while also actively participating in various media. She is highly respected in Nepal and serves as Ambassador of NEPAL TEA.
