Author’s Information

Tome Kamioooka
She graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of Science. After working for a construction company, she became an illustrator. She is a first-class architect, holds a first-degree black belt in Kodokan Judo, and is a registered instructor with the Japan Yoga and Meditation Association. Her numerous books include the million-selling "Kippari! How to Change Yourself in Just Five Minutes," "Noudama 1 and 2" (co-authored with Ikeya Yuji), "An Illustrated Guide to Japanese Clothing," and "Forgiving Yourself as You Age."

Masako Hatanaka
Financial planner and representative of the "Group for Thinking About Money in Old Age." Since starting in 2002, she has visited elderly care facilities over 300 times and provides detailed advice on relocating to elderly care facilities. She is active in writing articles for newspapers, magazines, and online publications, as well as giving lectures. She has written many books, including "New Common Sense About Money: Enriching Your Life from Age 70 onwards" (Takahashi Shoten).
