Mamu delivers weekly comic essays capturing the chaotic, laugh-filled reality of her family life. A naturally scatterbrained and delightfully clumsy mother, Mamu stumbles through each day convinced that anything going well must be a mistake—resulting in over 900 episodes since the blog began in 2021. Ordinary moments become unexpected comedic incidents in her world.
Her lively household includes her husband Yunz—who married what he jokingly calls a “walking disaster”—their kind-to-Mom, strict-to-Dad eldest daughter Hiyo, and their sharp-witted, quick-moving younger daughter Tama. Add in Mamu’s extended family and in-laws, plus the mysterious character Mōkon-tarō, and every day becomes wonderfully unpredictable.

Author’s Information

A housewife raising two children deep in the mountains. In 2021, she launched "Mamu's Nest" on Livedoor Blog. Her comics chronicle the struggles with her mother-in-law who loves her grandchildren too much, as well as the everyday, heart-warming life of her family. Wanting to attend the year-end party hosted by Livedoor Blog, she became an official blogger in 2022 out of sheer determination.
