Abstract
Break free from the "meritocracy" that permeates the workplace!
Young employees who aren't understood, managers who are exhausted, HR personnel caught in the middle, and executives who are all too lonely... Everyone is working hard, but everyone is struggling. Why?
"Why does it have to be me...?" "No one is good enough" -- these kinds of comments are rampant, creating tension. It feels like you're always being chased. A huge number of tasks pile up, creating a heavy, suffocating atmosphere. Everyone is working hard, but no matter how hard they try, nothing is rewarded, and they only feel a growing sense of futility and fatigue.
Why has it come to this? How can we improve the workplace? We'll tackle the major issue of "work"!
